Introducing A Sunny Day In Glasgow

News

A Sunny Day In Glasgow revealed their first new music since 2010 earlier this year in the form of "In Love With Useless", and the band now give the latest glimpse of  their forthcoming album 'Sea When Absent' with "Crushin'

The instantly infectious A Sunny Day In Glasgow are the perfect band for the start of spring. 'In Love With Useless (The Timeless Geometry In The Tradition Of Passing)' could possibly be the longest song title of the year so far, but it’s a record that has everything you need for a sunny day in any city (Have a listen HERE).

Crushin’ (Have a listen HERE) takes the band in a different direction, a mellower one if you will. However it shows the band's depth in character, appealing to the mellow dramatic side in us all. This is a band to keep your eye on; there could be exciting times ahead.

A free Download from Wild Smiles

News

Sunday Best Recordings (Dan le Sac vs Scroobius Pip/David Lynch/Beardyman) have just announced their new singings WILD SMILES and to celebrate this they have the new song ‘Fool For You’ as a FREE DOWNLOAD

We had a listen and if you like a bit of grit with your rock ‘n‘ roll then Wild Smiles are for. 'Fool For You' maybe nothing new in the grand scheme of things, but with a severe lack of bands out there willing to turn up the reverb to 11 (except maybe Temples), they certainly have the potential to plug a gap for the 'Dad Rockers' out there.

Just like that,' Fool For You' is over. At a little over 2 minutes, we need more Wild Smiles to get our teeth stuck into.

The FREE track can be downloaded HERE or just have a listen HERE
