Vena Portae are an Anglo-Swedish alt-folk band, comprised of singer songwriter Emily Barker, songwriter Dom Coyote, and Swedish producer and multi-instrumentalist Ruben Engzell.

Slowdive have confirmed two shows in London at the Forum in Kentish Town. The shows on 19th and 20th December are their only upcoming UK dates and follow the band's return to London where their first official shows in twenty years took place in May.

Following last year’s UK tour supporting Caitlin Rose, country singer Andrew Combs is due to return to the UK for his own headlining tour in September. Kicking off with a return to End Of The Road Festival on the 29th August and ending on the 9th September at London’s Green Note.

In March, Andrew signed up with Loose Music who are due to release his second album later in the year. The as yet untitled follow up to 2012 debut album ‘Worried Man’ is currently being recorded in Nashville.

Two years in the making, 'We Resonate' is the latest LP released by Rachel Dadd on 29th September via Talitres

'We Resonate' sees Rachael joined by Laura Marling’s sideman Marcus Hamblett, experimental Japanese multi-instrumentalist ICHI, Alessi Laurent-Marke of Alessi’s Ark, Rozi Plain, Emma Gatrill of Sons of Noel and Adrian, and Thomas Heather of Woodpecker Wooliams.

Following shows at this year’s Glastonbury Festival, Rachel heads to Cumbria this week for the Fell Foot Sound festival then hops on the ferry to the Island of Eigg for Lost Map’s Howlin’ Fling were hopefully we will catch her set.
