Cage the Elephant unveil new track ‘Trouble’.

News

Cage the Elephant have unveiled their new track ‘Trouble’. Taken from the band’s new album ‘Tell Me I’m Pretty’, out through Columbia Records on 18th December, ‘Trouble’ is released today as an instant free track with the album pre-order.

LISTEN TO 'TROUBLE'

‘Tell Me I’m Pretty’, is the band’s fourth album and was produced by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys & The Arcs, mixed by Tom Elmhirst and recorded at Easy Eye Sound in Nashville, TN, near the group’s hometown of Bowling Green, KY.

“With this record, we wanted to be more transparent,” said lead singer Matt Shultz. “We wanted to capture the sentiment of each song, and whatever emotional response it provoked, to be really honest to that.” The results are the band’s most forceful and focused songs yet. They recorded most of the songs on the 10-song album on the first take, capturing the band’s raw and frenetic onstage energy.

Cage The Elephant consists of singer Matt Shultz, guitarist Brad Shultz, bassist Daniel Tichenor, and drummer Jared Champion.

The epic sounds of Bloodhounds On My Trail

Happy for people to enjoy our music and take what they want out of it. How it makes them feel. The message is in the ears of the listener," said Bloodhounds guitarist Chris Donaldson.

Bloodhounds are Johnny Green (guitar, vocals), Chris Donaldson (guitar), Nik Donaldson (drums) and Ché Walden (bass).
