The Wedding Present Announce 'Locked Down And Stripped Back'

With the impact of Covid-19 on the music industry showing no signs of abating, musicians and music fans around the globe are being forced to get creative,  The Wedding Present led by the David Gedge have turned their hands to releasing 'Locked Down And Stripped Back' which twelve home recordings of Wedding Present favourites along with two previously unreleased songs: ‘You’re Just A Habit That I’m Trying To Break’ and ‘We Should Be Together’ via Scopitones on 19th February 2021.

Justin Townes Earle - 1982-2020

News

I saw the news first thing this morning – a post by Hank III – but was lost for words. I was a huge fan. For me Justin Townes Earle was one of the 'Big Four', alongside Ryan Bingham, Joe Pug and Frank Turner. A new generation of brilliant singer/songwriters, all roughly the same age. I often said that of all the sons of famous singers, here was a case where I liked the son even better than the father.
