King King have announced a raft of new UK tour dates in April and May 2017. The tour kicks off on Thursday 20th April at The Cube in Corby, Northants. All tickets are priced £20, and are on sale here or via the 24 Hour Box Office: 0844 478 0898.
The tour dovetails the release of a brand new single taken from King King’s upcoming fourth studio album, and follow up to 2015’s multi-award winning Reaching For The Light. The new album is scheduled for release in early September 2017.
Says King King’s frontman, Alan Nimmo, “We’re really excited to perform the new single live. It’s rockier than our previous material, but it still has an inherent King King sound to it. The new single is a nice taster from the upcoming album.”

Chicago based metallers Black Sites will be releasing their debut album 'In Monochrome' on 17th February 2017 on Mascot Records/Mascot Label Group.
Formerly the mastermind behind the cult metal quartet Trials guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Mark Sugar returns with a new band and one hell of a heavy sound. “I wanted to challenge myself with clean singing and by writing well-crafted songs,” reveals the Chicago-based artist. “I went back to my influences, old school metal, prog rock, and hard rock—music built on classic songwriting.”
His new band, Black Sites unleash the 10-track album early in 2017 and in the meantime as anticipation builds for the band's first live shows as well as the album, Sugar is reflective. After all, in the span of a year he’s gone from no band to a new band; “I remember driving in my car listening to the final album and just feeling so relieved and excited to hear these songs come to life,” he says. “I learned a lot during this time. I learned how to keep an open mind and stay focused. I feel like this is the best thing I’ve ever done.”
